
Orbita Brand and Activation
Conversational Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare. A descriptor like that doesn’t exactly scream patient empathy and business impact, does it? Yet, that’s exactly what Orbita does — AI that engages like a human to help patients throughout their journey, while providing incredible value to stretched healthcare workers and healthcare systems at the same time.
Orbita was looking to tell this story through a new brand, website and go-to-market assets.


THE BRAND
With a strong logo already in place, we focused on creating a personality and look and feel that brought empathy to the patient and their journey — adding warmth and humanity to what could be cold tech.






HOW IT CAME TO LIFE
With the brand in place, the Orbita website and marketing assets got a makeover. Animations are central to the brand in order to add technical sophistication to the warmth of the visual language — after all, it is conversational AI.







THE RESULTS
We created a playbook that packaged the brand, website technical and functional specs and market asset templates in order to set the in-house Orbita team up for success. They have successfully rolled the brand out across all channels.


MY ROLE
As the creative director on the project, I partnered with the strategy lead to facilitate a client workshop and then set the creative vision. I then oversaw the work to completion.
